Stew Recipe Ingredients:

  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 6 eggs hazelnut
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 2 cm turmeric
  • 1/2 tbsp coriander, roasted
  • 1/2 tsp cumin, toasted
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

How to make:

  • Boil beef in 1 liter of water until tender. 
  • Lift the beef and set aside.
  • Saute ground spices until fragrant, put galangal, lemongrass, bay leaves, lime leaves, and cloves. Stir.
  • Add the remaining meat cooking water, add salt, sugar, and pepper to taste.
  • Put the meat and coconut milk.
  • Cook until the spices to infuse and coagulate milk while stirring occasionally so that the milk does not break.
  • Lift. Serve warm with a sprinkling of fried onions.
