Stew Recipe Ingredients:
- 500 grams of beef has the
- 500 ml coconut milk
- 2 stalks lemongrass
- 5 bay leaves
- 5 kaffir lime leaves
- 3 cm galangal, sliced thick
- 2 whole cloves

- 5 cloves of garlic
- 6 eggs hazelnut
- 2 cm ginger
- 2 cm turmeric
- 1/2 tbsp coriander, roasted
- 1/2 tsp cumin, toasted
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
How to make:
- Boil beef in 1 liter of water until tender.
- Lift the beef and set aside.
- Saute ground spices until fragrant, put galangal, lemongrass, bay leaves, lime leaves, and cloves. Stir.
- Add the remaining meat cooking water, add salt, sugar, and pepper to taste.
- Put the meat and coconut milk.
- Cook until the spices to infuse and coagulate milk while stirring occasionally so that the milk does not break.
- Lift. Serve warm with a sprinkling of fried onions.

Bahan-Bahan Resep Gulai :
- 500 gram daging sapi has dalam
- 500 ml santan
- 2 batang serai
- 5 lembar daun salam
- 5 lembar daun jeruk purut
- 3 cm lengkuas, iris tebal
- 2 butir cengkeh
- minyak goreng untuk menumis
- garam, gula, dan merica secukupnya
Bumbu halus :
- 5 buah cabai merah (sesuai selera)
- 8 butir bawang merah
- 5 siung bawang putih
- 6 butir kemiri
- 2 cm jahe
- 2 cm kunyit
- 1/2 sdm ketumbar, sangrai
- 1/2 sdt jintan, sangrai
- 1/2 sdt pala
Cara membuat :
- Rebus daging sapi dalam 1 liter air sampai empuk. Angkat daging sapi, sisihkan.
- Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum, masukkan lengkuas, serai, daun salam, daun jeruk, dan cengkih. Aduk-aduk.
- Masukkan sisa air rebusan daging, tambahkan garam, gula, dan merica secukupnya.
- Masukkan daging dan santan. Masak hingga bumbu meresap dan santan mengental sambil sesekali diaduk supaya santan tidak pecah.
- Angkat. Hidangkan hangat dengan taburan bawang goreng.
